- 4 Tablespoons of Smoked Paprika
- 4 Tablespoons of Brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoons of Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon of Mustard powder
- 4 Tablespoons of Salt
- 4 Tablespoons of Cracked pepper
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Pat down meat then apply a binder if needed (such as mustard) and apply a generous layer of meat rub.
Store extra in an airtight container.
